Community Operations Associate
Current• Manage operations for globally operating development team responsible for generating upwards of USD$8 million annually and maintaining a network of several thousand high-capacity donors• Direct financial reporting for 10+ multi-day fundraising events per year through budget creation, P&L tracking, account management, and reconciliation• Operational lead for organization-wide social equity initiative, successfully negotiating a redesign of procurement processes to reduce supplier burden and further support small, local suppliers• Manage key operational relationships with partners based in programmatic regions, including the Caribbean, South Africa, and Australia• Successfully leading key operational efficiency projects, including system builds and automation mapping, projected to increase team capacity by 20%• Liaise with an array of internal and external stakeholders, including Governance board members, partners, service providers, and high-capacity donors to effectively meet KPIs• Coordinate with legal, finance, operations, and other internal stakeholders to accomplish critical development activities and improve processes• Conduct prospect research to increase donor diversity at flagship events
