As a concierge I am the primary point of contact for transportation requests, room reservations, as well as any internal questions regarding the facility. I also have a personal role on the team to help patrons with any technology questions and resolve it for them.

Over my 9 years here I've had roles in every department, primarily focusing on the administrative and production - I held positions as the Front Desk Receptionist doing data entry, being the first point of contact for students, parents, and customers, including reaching out to donors to secure funding for the non-profit organization. I have been a Student Teacher, both as an assistant as well as leading theater classes, tutoring students for college prep and classwork, and assisting them with school and personal projects. For the production side, I started as a Production Assistant where I learned and familiarized myself with DMX lighting, audio and visual systems for the building, and stage tech work. Since then, I have been the Production Technician, Stage Manager, House Manager, and Production Manager in both on-site and off-site locations for events upwards of 400 guests.
