Hounding Around is a rewards-based, balanced training dog day camp. With years of dog sitting, walking, and training experience, we have a strong understanding of different dogs' needs, play styles, stressors, and drives. We have experience with puppies, reactive dogs, small and large breeds, as well as elderly dogs.

Garden Research, formerly part of the National Gardening Association and now a private company, is a well-known and widely recognized authority on the U.S. consumer lawn and garden market. Since 1973, we have worked with the Gallup Organization, Harris Interactive, and now Research Now/SSI to provide market research information for the lawn, garden, and nursery industries.I initially served as the Project Manager to build and launch this e-commerce website on BigCommerce. I am now responsible for facilitating launch of new surveys annually, creating and distributing all marketing assets including e-mails and press releases, and responding to customer and media inquiries.

As the Public Relations Coordinator, my primary responsibility involved building and maintaining strong relationships across magazine publications, social media influencers, and organizations that aligned with our brand and mission. Our Influencer Marketing Program was an initiative where I was responsible for conceptualizing, launching, and managing a network of 40+ social media influencers. Through this program, I coordinated various types of partnerships including product reviews, giveaways, events, and fundraisers for local non-profits. Through speaking, booth presences, and volunteering as a Silent Auction Chair, I represented Gardener’s Supply Company at events including Seattle’s Northwest Flower and Garden Festival, the Garden Blogger Conference and the American Horticultural Therapy Association National Conference. In addition to Public Relations, my position included marketing efforts for four additional E-commerce brands. I developed email marketing content calendar and designed emails for RaisedBeds.com, MyPotsandPlanters.com, PersonalizedCrates.com and YardGardenArt.com.
