BriteBee builds technology to make it easier for insurance agents and carriers to increase their digital exposure.As a member of an early-stage startup team I had the opportunity to take on several different roles and make a real difference in every area of the business as we worked to grow a directory of insurance agents and users. My day-to-day on the job included:Sales - Researching, scraping, cleaning, and organizing lead lists in Google Sheets- Owning and building out the company CRM system in Hubspot- Sales strategy development through hands-on cold outreach (calling, emailing, and DMing). Achieving a 15% reply rate to cold emails.Customer Success- 1-on-1 training with agents and users on how to navigate and utilize the agent dashboard (for agents) and agent directory/quote application (for users)- Managing support for all users and agents (through email, chat, and video call)Operations- Reporting on user feedback/auditing the platform experience to find bugs and potential improvements**Marketing**- Guest booking, editing, and publishing for the company podcast- Managing a team of contract writers to produce case studies, blogs, and articles for company use and external marketing clients.
