With a proven background in Agile Project Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), my expertise lies in orchestrating successful marketing technology solutions. At Treasure Data, I was the engagement manager of a very large multi-brand QSR implementation, fine-tuning project deliverables with a focus on strategic alignment and operational excellence. My time with Solvenna using Blueshift was marked by the successful configuration and maintenance of high-impact CRM campaigns. The "abandoned cart" email campaign I developed for a national retailer at Solvenna stands as a testament to my ability to leverage Customer Data Platforms (CDP) to drive tangible business results. Now, as a Managing Consultant, I am eager to apply this acumen to fuel growth and innovation within future engagements.

I successfully stabilized the legacy products and improved customer satisfaction reducing ticket numbers and wait time by 75%. I also hired a stellar team to construct the new solutions. It has been exciting to start developing solutions on new technologies such as AWS, Snowflake and Google Looker. My time with Acoustic has been very well spent and positively reviewed by my peers and leaders but it is time to move on to new challenges. In the role of VP of Product Management I was responsible for several products in Acoustic’s Analytics suite. My responsibilities included the maintenance of legacy solutions and the guidance of new solutions. These included the primary reporting mechanism for Acoustic Campaign known as Performance Insights (PI), Journey Analytics (JA) and Digital Analytics (DA) formerly known as IBM CoreMetrics. In this role I managed the day-to-day client issues for the existing solutions and established a team to rebuild PI and JA in AWS on Snowflake using Google Looker.
In this role I took over ownership of an aging solution and breathed new life into it by adding kanban type process management functionality to the existing project management components. This idea came from working with clients to understand their broader needs. Incorporating the kanban component made the solution a more modern, appealing and sticky solution. This was appreciated by existing customers, prospects and internal stakeholders. I was on the Unica Product Management Team covering Unica Plan (aka IBM Marketing Operations) and Collaborate (aka IBM Distributed Marketing). In this role I worked closely with the development, testing and documentation teams in Pune, Maharashtra, India to drive the direction of product enhancements. I have also met with numerous clients to gather their input for the next iteration of enhancements as well as working with our sales teams to encourage existing clients to upgrade and prospects to adopt our solutions.

Columbia, Md, Us
In this role I was hired to be the Senior Director of Product Management over the Enterprise Class Retail solutions utilizing Merkle database technology and IBM EMM (Enterprise Marketing Management aka Unica). However due to resource needs I initially served as an interim Solutions Manager (implementation) leader over an adhoc data integration and marketing project for a high tech client. Unfortunately during this time several leadership changes occurred and it was decided not to pursue a Product Management role over the Enterprise Class Retail Solution. I left Merkle to resume a previous role with Acxiom.

At Acxiom’s request my husband and I moved to work with Ceres Integrated Solutions, a start up company in Raleigh, NC, in which Acxiom had purchased 25% equity. Ceres developed a server based Campaign Management application for segmentation, tracking and analyzing retailers’ data in relational databases. In this endeavor my first responsibility was that of Product Consultant on the application and Quality Assurance Team Leader. I was responsible for starting their testing procedures and team from the ground up. This involved introducing the various concepts of testing such as application testing, system testing, integration testing, defect tracking etc. Developing the procedures and documents to go along with that and enforcing their use. Once this team and associated procedures were in place I turned my focus to doing the same thing for a Software Support Center for the product.
