CurrentWork hands-on in Email Deployment, DMP, CDP, CMS, dynamic content optimization tools to set up and launch campaigns.Support campaign set up, optimization, and enhancements of a robust and complex automated email marketing program.Manage current marketing technology and support the future-state roadmap that aligns to Sony’s mid-range marketing goals.Extract maximum value from martech and customer data assets to improve customer experience, build actionable customer insights, and drive measurable engagement and incremental sales.Outline and execute opportunities for A/B testing that answer key business questions.Regular personalization logic rules updates, testing and Q/A'ing of automated marketing campaigns.Support campaign reporting and data visualization.Support data acquisition efforts aligned to Sony's first-party data strategy.Actively contribute new ideas and approaches to improve customer experience across all of Sony's digital touchpoints.Proactively research and provide monthly summaries on new vendors, technologies.Develop knowledge to ensure current and new privacy legislation compliance and related industry best practices.
