Since August 2023, I have been the Director of Operations, handling a range of important duties to ensure the Lanelle Robson Tennis Center's operations run smoothly. My responsibilities include developing comprehensive schedules for practices, matches, and tournaments to streamline athletic operations. I also handle financial tracking for travel, everyday spending, and facility-related charges to ensure budgetary effectiveness. On match days and at special events, I oversee operations and in-game presentation to provide a high execution level. In addition, I handle facilities maintenance and upkeep, ensuring that the tennis center stays in exceptional shape. In addition to these tasks, I continue to serve as Social Media Manager, where I oversee all digital strategy and content while also completing leadership obligations as the lead manager. Maintaining operational success in this diverse role demands a combination of leadership, financial, and organizational abilities. In addition, this is my third promotion in the last four years.- Successfully ran 2024 3-Day Wildcat Invite Tennis Tournament- Managed every Pac-12 and now Big-12 home match the last 3 years- Got Arizona Women’s Tennis Instagram from about 1,500 to 3,939 followers in 3 years

From August 2022 to August 2023, I served as the Lead Manager, which included managing a group of managers, assigning work, and making sure the department ran well. In order to bring in top talent, I was instrumental in assisting recruitment activities, including planning and directing recruiting visits. Along with my leadership responsibilities, I also carried out my duties as Social Media Manager, managing content production and digital strategy to have a strong online presence. Strong leadership and organizational abilities, as well as the capacity to successfully manage several tasks, were necessary for this role.

In my role as the Women's Tennis team's social media manager, I was in charge of maintaining an active and engaging daily presence on major social media sites including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok. In addition to creating material, I traveled with the team and created live content to connect and inform followers. By creating graphics, I added to the visual appeal of our digital outreach. I also worked directly with the marketing team to optimize match-day operations. In addition, I provided real-time score updates and analysis throughout matches, creating an exciting and engaging atmosphere for supporters. In order to keep our audience interested and informed, I also carefully planned and carried out social media content calendars and strategies, making sure that frequent and topical postings were made.
