● Managing and responsible for overall IT Operation and Shared Services for Malaysia office and reporting to Country Director and CIO● Leading a team of 30 engineers that support the business● Supporting more than 25 clients globally● Oversee all technology operations to support contact center business and new infrastructure setup for new sites● Directing the effective delivery of networks, telephony system, development, support, disaster recovery systems and process improvement● Analyze the business requirements and work closely with clients● Responsible to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management● Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software● Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency● Identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems and report to upper management● Established IT policies and procedures for the team ● Responsible for compliance and audit such as ISO, PCI-DSS and client audits
