Developed client portfolio and served as primary point of contact for onboarding clients and project teams. Supervised project progress, mentored team members, and facilitated regular check-ins with Project Leaders alongside the President.

Spearheaded initiatives to further integrate Umma's, a Korean-Japanese fusion restaurant on the Charlottesville downtown mall, into the UVA and greater Charlottesville communities. Led a team of consultants to facilitate outreach to various student organizations for fundraisers/events.

Lead and directed the Community Relations Department, served on the Executive Council, oversaw all philanthropic efforts, and coordinated both community service and campus activities for the chapter while strengthening the chapter's overall community engagement/involvement.

Collaborated with a team of support officers to investigate potential Honor offenses objectively and efficiently and supported students going through the Honor hearing process with counsel and advice. Learned about the Honor System at UVA and how to best investigate offenses and help support students through a semester-long class taught by fellow support officers.
