Team is deeply involved in the process of military medicine reformation. The pilot project has already begun based on Central military hospital in Kyiv. There are plans to expand this system to the whole country (Ukraine). Software “Doctor Eleks” from Ukraine developers is used. The development of “E-Health” system is the voluntary initiative to provide qualitative medical care and patients’ information storage at all stages of treatment, starting from the front and ending with specialized medical centers in back areas. At the start of project, there were only 3 PC for hospital and no Internet access.
