Planned and prepared more than 30 corporate tournaments, each taking in between $5,000 - $13,000.  Worked with individual clients to ensure that events were unique to their business or organization and that all course accommodations met our own high standards of excellence. Prepared and implemented promotional deals to help repeatedly surpass our monthly target profit. For example, in May 2017, we surpassed our target of $100,000 net-profit by $20,000 dollars by increasing the average course operating capacity through promotional events.Planned and helped to facilitate course public program offerings especially in regards to youth programs and the men’s and ladies’ associations.Resolved conflicts between course patrons while ensuring that course rules were adhered to and that course operations continued in a timely manner.Kept and managed shop inventory.
