Retained in 2009 to manage construction projects in (2) different City Jurisdictions, City of Cibolo, and City of Schertz, due to difficulty of building codes and regulations. These are two of the most difficult cities to build in.Completed and assisted in 2009, construction of Mary Lou's Cafe, a two story, 6950 sq. ft. light commercial restaurant building, for Benjamin Construction in Olmos Park; deadlines despite extensive material delays and structural design challenges with engineered trusses.Nominated 2007 for SUMMITT ACHIEVMENT AWARD for BUILDER OF THE YEAR w/ Wilshire Homes.

Construction of high-end single family, and multi-residential homes. Scope of projects include plot layout, excavation and grading, foundation, concrete, masonry, framing, drywall, tile setting, cabinetry, window and door case work, interior and exterior trim, sheathing, roofing, enforcing all OSHA safety regulations and developer guide lines. Coordinated all activities of subcontractors and company personnel to successfully construct numerous speculations and turn-key projects.
