At this position I lead a team of senior solution architects and working in partnership with other areas we provide architecture direction and execution to deliver business roadmap, developing, championing, and driving the right technology foundation to enable Studios long-term sustainable growth. I joined Studios driven by the aspiration to learn, grow, and contribute to its mission of inspiring, informing, educating, and entertaining audiences through technology. In this role, prioritised by business vision and strategy, collaborating with other architects and stakeholders I created tailored artefacts that guided direction, execution, and decision-making in technology investments whilst leading the shaping of EA practice. This led to simplification, faster time-to-market, exploration of new opportunities, and effective problem-solving. Additionally, I gained insights into the organisational culture, values, and operational methods whilst actively contributing to and leading various initiatives as listed below:- PROBLEM: no single source of truth and lack of visibility of Studios technology landscape, time-consuming to develop and communicate architecture artefacts, reliance on individuals' knowledge. SOLUTION: Led LeanIX implementation working with cross functional teams. VALUE: Self-service access to its technology landscape information and artefacts. Empowered architects with information at hand to evaluate change impacts, opportunities, and risks efficiently.- PROBLEM: No or low visibility of commercial domain state, increasing risk, time-to-market, poor decisions while assessing change impact or opportunities. SOLUTION: developed visualisations in LeanIX. VALUE: enhanced awareness of As-Is and To-Be promoting conversations across stakeholders. Architecture work and advisory role visibility improved. Increased architects' ability to respond quicker to problems and changes.-PROBLEM: solutions delivered on silos increasing risk of strategic misalignment, building up technical debit, landscape complexity. SOLUTION: led design and execution of EA operating model working with cross functional teams. VALUE: value-based decisions, improved alignment with strategy, and tech principles. 2016 to September 2017: Returned to Global Architecture function as part of a global virtual pool of Architects. Responsible for Southern (Brazil, Chile, Peru, Argentina and Colombia) & Central clusters (Costa Rica, Colombia and Venezuela) and Corporate Services (HR and Finance) and Leaf functional initiatives. Act as a link between Americas business needs and Global Architecture. Land of global initiatives considering the regional and end-markets context. 2013-2106: I was promoted to lead the Architecture work stream to support the roll-in of BAT major global programme TaO, which is one of the largest ever SAP-enabled global transformation projects, across the Americas region. Responsible for setting up the Architecture remediation strategy for the full portfolio of America's end-markets applications across all domains (Business, Application, Data, Technology). Recommended fit-for-purpose applications remediation solutions balancing cost, effort, roadmap, adoption of the new Global template, architecture principles and governance. 2011 – 2013 : I was invited after 6 years working at the SAP HR CoE organisation to move into a new Regional Architecture structure as Solution Architect. Successfully supported business at local and regional level, working along with other IT areas to ensure that new solutions were flexible, reliable, available and manageable, following the Architecture Standards, Principles and in line with the global application portfolio strategy.

Implemented and managed the business release process for Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific and a global instances. At the Infrastructure field managed performance, capacity and service review areas with data centre teams and vendors. Gained at huge experience on technical/strategy solutions for Human Resource . Developed one the first full-Web Employee Self-Service and IVR for HR. From 2005 to June 2006 I was promoted to Project Lead at the local roll-in of Global SAP HR template.
