Main responsibilities at this position:- Development ETL processes to move data from source to destination database. I extensively used t-SQL and SSIS for this purpose. C# to develop custom scripts in SSIS. For another project, we write Powershell scripts to export and load data instead of SSIS.- Database development for customer’s needs. Development process handled with use of SSDT in Visual Studio. Repositories stored in GIT. Some old repositories stored in TFS.- SSRS reports development to deliver customers' views on data flow.- Rewriting SQL queries and Stored Procedures on customer’s request to optimise performance.- Migration of database repositories from TFS to GIT. Development Azure Pipelines for CI/ CD.- Troubleshooting of SQL Server related problems, on call support.- Agile team facilitator. Organising team meetings, discussing work requests and helping to organise Sprint board in Azure DevOps.- SQL/ Powershell scripts peer review of other team members. Approving pull requests, resolving merge conflicts.- Sharing knowledge across the team and mentoring new team members.

The company specializes in outsourcing for medium and large businesses. I worked in the IT-outsourcing department and was involved in the IT projects of one of the largest banks in Russia, namely Alfa-Bank (https://alfabank.com/).Project: Client classification. Web-based application, MS SQL Server 2012, SSRS, SSIS, Python. The team consist of 3 persons.The system for automatic classification of Bank clients which allowed bank to better filter suspicious clients from all other clients. The system accuracy was 70%-80% which allowed to reduce manual work and increased accuracy of decision making. This software was able to identify money laundering and give advice to lock the bank client. The core of the system was Python program which used xgBoost library to learn from historical data to create a model for client classification. Data was transferred to the database from different sources by SSIS packet. Further, it was analysed by the application server and results were available for the users for manual editing. Federal Tax Service is a governmental organisation responsible for tax collection. This is a huge organisation which has numerous branches across the country. The position which I held was mostly related to user supporting and troubleshooting. Besides, I was developing small programs for automation routine work.Project: AIS Nalog. Desktop application, MS SQL Server 2000 – 2008 R2, SSIS, Visual Basic, Object Pascal. Team consisted of 12 persons.This application was used by Taxation service to automate routine work of the employers.
