The Advanced Development Optics and Systems Group – develops the next generation cutting-edge metrology products and defines the technology roadmaps. The group is responsible for core technology road map, new ideas investigation, architectural analysis, modeling, simulations, experimental feasibility, Archi-prototype systems development, and characterization for state-of-the-art front and middle end of line semiconductor process critical dimensions and thin film stack metrology solutions. We are looking for experienced and creative Physicists and Optics Experts to join our team and together pave the way for the design and development of novel metrology systems and technologies addressing the future industry processes needs and capabilities.Several open positions include System Design Engineers, Optical System Engineers and Senior Optical Design engineer.About myself:Experienced Engineering and Research Manager, Experimental Physicist and Optical Engineer with over 15 years of demonstrated experience in research and development of multidisciplinary metrology systems in semiconductor industry and academy.Experienced in the development and management of large-scale multidisciplinary projects through all stages of development: concept, budget, resources allocation, design, integration, validation, and release.Expertise in development of imaging, illumination and diffraction based optical systems, refractive and reflective optical components, imaging cameras, lasers, and plasma illumination sources (UV to SWIR spectral range).Expertise in strategic suppliers development for core technologies sourcing.Extensive hands-on experience in design, specification, and development of complex electro-optical setups.
