Won business from competition – contract value totalled $1.8M over 3 years.· Planned Business Continuity plan for a customer that required having the lines up at all time. The BC design included running through different CO (Central Offices), sharing the access to the customer between a Telco (competitor) and Allstream, as well as, running the feed through a diverse building entrances and diverse risers and terminating equipment.

Evaluated, researched, tested and validated new products and technologies arriving at Allstream. Provided 3rd level support to MTS Allstream departments including: Repair, TF Provisioning, Sales (Engineers and Representatives), Planners and Network Translation.· Specialized in technical writing of TSD (Technical Service Description) – PRI ISDN on the DMS 500 switch with standard data fill, protocols and their associated features.· Regression testing: Created and documented (with detailed test scenarios, diagrams, dates and times) validation scripts to test a new TF database limit.· Full understanding of customer & network translations through software analysis on the DMS 100, 250, 500, AT&T 4E, Alcatel A1400 AIN and Cisco 2600 and 3725 routers.· Researched, developed, managed, documented and executed a procedure to open-up a new Local Area on the DMS 500 switch instead of outsourcing.
