Scion’s current portfolio includes 82 properties comprising of approximately 54,900 beds. This includes the management of two university-affiliated communities encompassing 2,200 beds. Scion has focused exclusively on the student housing sector since its inception in 1999 and has invested in more than $6 billion of student housing projects. • Responsible for the development and implementation of Scion’s investment, capital raising and corporate strategies.• Has overseen Scion’s deployment of more than $4.8 billion in the acquisition of over 75 student housing communities, helping to position Scion as a leading owner/operator of the sector.
