Being in the custom architectural millwork industry leaves me with an immense feeling of satisfaction. The interior designers send us a concept for a new construction project that is completely out of the box and we bring that vision to life. At Edgeworks by AM Display, we focus on two core values to execute excellence. Firstly, Consistency is key to any custom work and happens because each of our employees focuses on their strengths. Secondly, Communication allows us to ensure the client and designer are happy throughout the process. As the COO, I enjoy being able to lead a happy team. It starts with me giving them a piece of my satisfaction as we complete a project. Each of them was integral to the overall success and can feel it. There is an additional element of learning. Learning is a constant part of my life that goes both ways. I know I have what to teach and I know I have what to learn. In my position of leadership, I can never forget that.
