I'm the Operations Leader for the Americas Assurance Innovation Digital team at EY. As part of this role, my main focus areas are: 1. Involved in govern processes and procedures to deliver change which can improve efficiency, provide highest quality and better experience 2. Manage, centralize and improve our monitoring functions to simplify and increase visibility to better focus on key drivers for our team's success3. Ensure the best experience for our team members, stakeholders and audit teams we serve4. Focus on continuous improvement of our operating model in three main areas: Finance; Talent and Service Delivery. In my previous role I served as the Global Assurance Automation Leader at EY. I was involved in designing and executing the Global Automation strategy for the Assurance practice. Key initiatives included, working together with teams to develop and integrate automation processes globally and collaborate with regional Innovation and Digital leaders at EY to identify potential automation opportunities. I have more than 16 years of audit and tax experience in serving clients mainly in the technology industry as part of the Assurance practice of EY Tel-Aviv, Israel. During this period I worked with Hi-Tech companies in different stages, from early-stage start-ups to large global SEC clients and public companies listed in Europe and Israel stock exchange. I have a broad experience in accounting and auditing in accordance to U.S GAAP, U.S. GAAS, IFRS, SEC reporting requirements, PCAOB regulations, including experience with IPOs and M&As.In June 2014 I relocated to EY Chicago, Illinois. Till October 2017 I served as the Product Owner for the EY Canvas Mobile Application Suite developing for the Assurance practice globally. The Mobile application Suite is aimed to further enhance the professionals’ digital experience and provide a more connected and responsive user experience.
