● Pre-sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose solutions that address their specific logistics challenges. Conduct technical demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept engagements to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our Saas platform.● Solution Design: Work closely with clients to analyze their existing e-commerce and logistics processes and infrastructure. Design and present scalable and efficient solutions using our Saas platform, ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry best practices. When necessary, partner with internal teams (Engineering, Launch Operations) on the operational solution design● Onboarding and Implementation Support: Onboard enterprise clients and/or collaborate with the Onboarding team to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to Product onboarding.
