Objective of the role was to interact with new customers indirectly via calling, and deliver the revenue sales target. Maintain minimum calling hours for the team, and devise strategies to improve communication and sales.

During this internship i was exposed to Knowledge about How a SAP model is installed in an Organisation and how Testing of these Modules take place. Also the Architecture of the data Servers installed in an Organisation was studied.
