In the context of the development of a project of risk analysis in the maritime environment from scratch as CEO, I had to : - Develop the vision, values, objectives and strategy of the start-up. - Carry out a study and analysis of the market, in order to better target the players. I used different business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Qlickview/sense). - To take care of the development of the theoretical and technical project of the start-up. We used AGILE methods (LEAN, SCRUM). - Contacting potential customers, suppliers, potential partners, and experts in the maritime field, with immersion on site to challenge the project. I also did research on the maritime sector and risk analysis in order to better understand the project environment. - Participate in the development of the software solution (web app), on the issues of data processing algorithm/IA (jupyter notebook, python, kaggle), risk analysis algorithm (C/C++), business adaptation (UX/UI), to ensure the functioning and stability of the system (Unit Test/Gitlab CI/CD).

As part of a work-study programme, I was in charge of the data division for the group Eco-Habitat, a group specialising in ecological transition. My role was to modernise the data branch and to give meaning to the last years of data stored by the group: - Update the web structure, by selecting a web structure adapted to the group's needs, the choice fell on a CRM that I adapted and customized to the company's needs. - Recover, filter and aggregate existing data, most of which was in Excel documents. - Implementing procedures for retrieving and processing the data in order to facilitate storage and interpretation. I also had to train the different users to respect these procedures. - Performing statistical analysis of the data in order to optimise the sales process using different business intelligence methods. I focused on simple tools that could be integrated with the CRM so as not to limit the use and manipulation of the reports to myself. - Providing technical support for the implemented solutions. - Maintain the network and configure the VoIP phones (yealink) of the group.

As part of an internship/incubation at THALES about a service platform for the maritime sector, I had to : - Carry out a study of the maritime sector. I was lucky enough to be able to go directly to the field and immerse myself in the end-user's premises in order to analyse the needs and confront my vision of the project. - Set up the basis of a fleet management system module. - Follow up and implement the module (AGILE method). - Presenting the module in exhibitions, presenting it to the client/user, ensuring demonstrations, and giving conferences on the subject at various events. - Realization of specifications, generation of monitoring reports and supervision of the creation of a Proof of concept.
