My role was to modernise the data branch and to give meaning to the last years of data stored by the group: - Update the web structure, by selecting a web structure adapted to the group's needs, the choice fell on a CRM that I adapted and customized to the company's needs. - Recover, filter and aggregate existing data, most of which was in Excel documents. - Implementing procedures for retrieving and processing the data in order to facilitate storage and interpretation. I also had to train the different users to respect these procedures. - Performing statistical analysis of the data in order to optimise the sales process using different business intelligence methods. As part of an internship/incubation at THALES about a service platform for the maritime sector, I had to : - Carry out a study of the maritime sector.
