Prepared and lodged pre-DA meetings with the council, as well as attending the meetings, and later preparing DA for the clients, which included a major project in Strathfield for a waste recovery facility. Prepared EIS for the project, which included addressing SEARs and doing the research to identify and address every relevant planning policies and regulations.

Coordinated the project with a labor force of over 40 men to manage. Successfully facilitated completion of major expansion of the steel plant, which included construction of a new wing to manufacture steel TMT bars, and installation of gantry girder in the manufacturing wing.
