• Interacts with guests, Beach Club Members and colleagues to promote and administer the appropriate structured use of Beach Club.• Executes all Reception duties associated with the Beach Club including, but not limited to the scheduling and booking on SpaSoft system, collection of money, assisting with all forms of guest and members inquiries, both in person, by phone and in writing.• In association with the shift prepares on a daily basis all necessary timetables, activities programs, rotas, and information sheets for Beach Club guests and staff.• Provides information regarding all forms of activities offered by the Beach Club.
