Life is all about difficult choices.“CLOSED!”This is one of my favorite words in the entire English language. Why, you may ask? When I hear the sweet sound of the word “closed” from the title company, it means that a whole lot of different real estate related puzzle pieces (I could get really technical here but I won’t) are now finally in place based on the hard work and expertise of many people working as a team. AND it also brings the excitement of a new chapter in my clients’ lives! (Yes, I know there are exceptions, but I don’t feel the need to get into those here…)I love delivering the “CLOSED” news to my clients and sharing in those beautiful moments with them! I have been known to tear up a time or two or 20! Getting to this point can mean: I showed you one property and you bought it (yes, that actually happened twice!) or it could be a bunch of years before you find the right one (think second or third home type buyers who don’t HAVE to buy unless they REALLY like a property). Whatever the case may be, I guarantee you that I will be your LOYAL and RESPONSIBLE real estate liaison from initial contact until we hear that favorite word of mine! Well, actually, it is more like “To Closed and Beyond”, since I love hearing from my clients and continuing to be in their lives long after the deed (get it?) is done!If you are thinking of purchasing/selling/investing/renting in SOUTHEAST FLORIDA, I want to be YOUR go-to real estate agent.
