Worked closely with the US based Insurance client, Liberty Mutual, for their technical First Response team based in Chennai & Shimoga, India.Was responsible for the daily health check ups of the application and to make sure the offline processes and the back-up of the systems and data is not impacted, the databases function properly and the production jobs run without any errors.Minor bug fixes and restart of the systems in dev, test & prod environments including programming using Java, writing large scale triggers and functions on SQL etc.Good understanding of ticketing and incident response tools like BMC remedy and Stories, Epics and Tasks under Jira.
