Working as Regional Manager, Operation & Training with Anudip Foundation for Managing CSR based skill development projects for vulnerable community across Jharkhand, Bihar, Chattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh, funded by Accenture, Capgemini, Microsoft and Reliance Foundation which includes program management and implementation, budget preparations, keeping track of OPEX & CAPEX, formulating marketing strategic plan, market scan, proper utilization of technology in training completion and providing sustainable livelihood. Enabling teachers to utilize FLN tools and other assessment tools using in Nipun Bharat mission. Recently working with Women empowerment program of USAID and implementing digital literacy and public health, hygiene training for urban, rural and tribal women. Monitoring and ensuring effective project management with key focus to timely completion, quality assurance and effective budget management. Coordinate with the Business Development team by sharing reports and essential details to support fund raising proposal. Ensure that all implemented activities are relevant to the mission and vision of the organization. Lead and manage by motivating employees to remain optimistic even when faced with challenges and encouraging good performance and values. Working as State Head, Operation & Training with Anudip Foundation for Jharkhand, Bihar and Chattisgarh. Facilitating project implementation, training completion monitoring, training quality monitoring, CSR reporting and assuring project mandate delivery time to time. Encouraging online training through LMS (Learning management system), other E-Learning tools and instructor lead training in this new normal situation of COVID economy. Assuring donor mandate training exit profile. Managed training for BRC and CRC member on virtual class for elementary child education, enabling teachers to operate and utilize Diksha portal. Leading project planning, budgeting, action plans and monitoring processes. Responsible for submitting activity reports, meeting minutes and financial reports on regular basis to the donor. Sharing strategic plan to marketing plan to mobilize correct people within time line. Coordinate with the Business Development team by sharing reports and essential details to support fund raising proposal. Represents Anudip Foundation in the state, advocate for policies supportive stated goals and objectives, building alliances in government, NGOs and community groups. Represents Anudip Foundation in meetings with senior government officials of (JSDM) Jharkhand Skill Development Mission & (BSDM) Bihar Skill Development Mission as well as other organizations and maintain an effective working relationship with them. Maintaining partnership with Ranchi University to offer career counseling and livelihood to marginalized youth. Creating cost effective mobilization plan to get better quantity of beneficiaries to reduce mobilization cost. Sharing inputs to enhance Quality training delivery. Recently working with Women empowerment program of USAID, implementing Future skills supported by Capgemini, Livelihood promotion through capacity building of youth aspirant, an initiative of Accenture CSR.

Jharkhand, India

Worked as Manager, Operation & Training with Anudip Foundation for Jharkhand, Maharastra and developed glass door work culture within team member. Enabling USP (unique selling point of organization), specially focus on training methodology and training delivery tools like, LMS (Learning management system), BL (Blended learning), IEC(Information, Education & Communication) etc. Managed training on Fee collection mechanism and budget control mechanism to circulate standard operating plan for PAN India to increase revenue. Research report shared to CMIS development team to bring accuracy in data set to produce quality data. Implemented market aligned curriculum to enhance quality of livelihood. Introduced Social Media to get greater market share and spreading brand value of organization. Developing and establishing good liaison and networking with divisional level govt. functionaries and other development partners. Gap identified in program issues, use of data generated from web-based MIS and program support provided to fill these gaps. Identify training needs of various stakeholders for sustainability of the program. Liaison and co-ordination with Govt. and NGO counterparts. Worked as Assistance Manager, Monitoring & Evaluation with Anudip Foundation to monitor overall program quality and improve standard of training delivery mechanism. Arranged ToT according to (TNA) Training Need Analysis report based on research. Enabling primary teachers in digital literacy and basic computer proficiency to perform task. Evaluated training delivery mechanism and implemented blended learning tool to enhance training quality where training delivered through learning management system, hybrid mode and physical session. Based on indicators sharing findings to enhance overall quality of program was in KRA.

Worked as MIS Head (PAN India) with Anudip Foundation to support all required report for Audit, Donor and other internal external purpose. Implementing computerized MIS system to strengthening data capture process and quality improvement of data set. Performed data collection, data compilation, data Analysis and shared report and feedback when required. Project wise manpower allocation and monitoring performance of manpower to support HR team was one of my responsibilities. Provided ToT on survey and data capturing and Excel to Centre level stakeholder to get quality of data.
