Responsible for all the aspects of the VG DRM Product Management, Operations, Development and product delivery process definition and maintenance. As required in the dynamic world of Over-the-Top, Home Networking and their convergence, I placed an emphasis on proper productization of a world-class multi-DRM line of products, VideoGuard Multi-DRM system, as well as the unification of its delivery and maintenance processes. By workings closely with all business partners from product marketing, sales, engineering and management adding partnerships with 3rd parties, I defined a feature-rich roadmap and maintain the life cycle of our security suite.
