It soon became the number 2 office in the area within the first year of operation. In 1994 after visiting the Orange County coastal area, I fell in love with the “OC” and moved within the year. There I started another successful Real Estate Company called Homes of California.My success throughout my career in New York and in Orange County, has primarily been due to my ability to incorporate technology and as a leader and innovator in use within the practice of Real Estate. I am responsible for creating a huge internet company which was the model for others who followed his pioneering path. Having negotiated for over 1,000 clients through the years, I am a top notch professional and my knowledge is beyond that of many in the real estate field. My strengths lie in my ability to see trends and create wealth for my clients. I have represented investors, executives and corporate clients in their goals to acquire hold or dispose of residential assets. My hands-on style is very much appreciated by my clients.
