A qualified Automation and Instrument engineer with more than 18 years of comprehensive experience in Industrial Automation, (DCS/HMI/SCADA & Advanced Solutions) in the Oil & Gas, Power, Mineral industry. Successful Engineering of Advance Instrumentation and Automation Solutions, FAT, SAT, Comprehensive experience in design, commissioning to maintenance, and troubleshooting of control systems.As a member of I&C group and in collaboration with the site team, my contribution in electrical, instrumentation, and control activities of the projects has comprised of the following major items:• Preparation of instrument specification, Sizing calculations, Datasheets, and material requisitions for field instrument. Multidisciplinary engineering including P&ID design and review.• Preparation of technical specifications for control and safety instrumented systems. • Preparation of process control system, emergency shutdown system related documents, e.g. Control system selection report. System architecture, I/O lists, logic diagrams, Complex loop and PCS/DCS interlock diagrams, control philosophies, cause& effect diagram, loop diagrams.• Verification and checking of construction drawings for instrumentation, e.g. location and cabling layouts, instrument air piping and tubing layout, field and control room wiring, installation drawings, process hook up, pneumatic hook up.• Knowledge of selection of instrumentation and control equipment with a sense of process fluid and their applications, including valves type, Analytical instrument principles.• Performing clarification, technical bid evaluation, and vendor documents review for field instruments, third party packaged units and process control system and safety instrumented system.• Conducting of DCS/ESD and SCADA, package UCP factory and site acceptance tests, control loop and HMI prototype.• Project planning involvement, activities relation and WBS, performance control, engineering Man-Hour estimation, deliverable List (MDR) with considering of scope of work.• Developing QA/QC documents for instrumentation such as workflow, procedure, work instruction, document template and checklist.• Effective participation in HAZOP meetings with a sense of process units.• Knowledge of codes and international standards, e.g. ISA, IEC, IPS, Safety procedures, and Communication Protocols.I grow stronger on challenges and am excited about the endless possibilities that lie ahead in automation and instrumentation systems.
