Hi Everyone! I am Avijit Banerjee having 10 Plus Years experience in the Development Sector, in Kolkata and West Bengal.I worked since 2013 with different NGOs and INGOs in Kolkata. Have the strength in Documentation and Training Facilitation domain along with Project Implementation and Larger Team Management.
