Currently serve as the Manager-Regional Operations East at Fiber@Home Limited. My role involves overseeing and managing the overall operations of the Eastern region, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. I develop and implement operational strategies, monitor regional performance, and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders. My responsibilities also include leading a team, ensuring the proper installation and maintenance of network infrastructure, and managing customer satisfaction.Before joining Fiber@Home Limited, I was the Manager-Implementation and Operations at Summit Communications Limited from August 2022 to April 2024. I managed NTTN and connectivity for numerous sites, handled extensive fiber infrastructure, and supervised the largest NTTN data center in the company. My role required me to manage a diverse team and coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. I also played a crucial role in implementing significant connectivity projects and maintaining power systems for new towers.My career began at Banglalion Communications (Ltd.) in Chattogram, where I served as a Senior Engineer. I completed the full installation, rollout, configuration, and service test of BTS units across multiple regions. I coordinated operations and maintenance support and oversaw the installation of crucial power systems. At ADN Telecom Ltd., I served as the Senior Manager-Technology Division. I established numerous Points of Presence, developed ISP connectivity for corporate clients, and expanded the data center. My efforts in laying optical fiber and providing connectivity to various critical projects were pivotal. I managed a team, reduced operational costs significantly, and prepared vital tender documents and contracts for large-scale projects.My tenure at Huawei Technologies (BD) Ltd. as a Field Operation Engineer for the Banglalink Project involved maintaining extensive BTS sites, reducing fuel costs, and achieving significant reductions in monthly outages. I coordinated effectively with team leaders and resolved numerous customer complaints and system faults, demonstrating my problem-solving skills and technical expertise.I hold an MBA in Operations & Supply Chain Management from Chittagong University and a B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology. My diverse experience and academic background equip me with the skills and knowledge to excel in managing complex operations and driving continuous improvement in the telecommunications sector.
