Approx. 60% requirements close for F&A Vertical (AP, GL, AR, Project accounting, FP&A) also maintain minimum CPH. Closed 400+ positions for different Horizontals & Verticals as individual contributor. Working with hiring managers on recruiting strategic plan meetings. Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position. Conduct regular follow-up with client to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. Handling team of 4 direct reportee.
