Process Monitoring, Women Empowerment Scorecard

Coordinating, facilitating liaison and overall communication and coordination among centrally based technical specialists and District/Upazilla/Union level staffs, facilitate in work planning and setting of project targets in an integrated and coherent manner, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of progress in project implementation and achievement of targeted results, quality control and timely submission of all deliverable for District/Upazilla/Union- level project activities. Development of Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Accountability plan and operational strategy. Logframe development, development of ToC, result framework development, monitoring and result measurement tool development, monitoring and evaluation tool development.

As a Research & Monitoring officer the main responsibilities include assist in developing monitoring tools, format, data collection methodology–qualitative and quantitative; developing feedback mechanism; identifying critical deviations in project implementation, factors responsible and recommending actions to help project management undertaking appropriate decisions; tracking results; institutionalizing learning sharing mechanism.
