Vendor Management for ensuring proper Customer services of the coolers deployed in market.Responsibility of maintaining all documents and MIS of the company.Bringing improvement in customer service and cooler management for the company.Repeat complain and pending complain follow-up. Preparing daily, weekly & monthly service, deploy, pullout, failure analysis report as per management requirement and represent office meeting. Making vendor and their bill management as per company policy. Maintaining stock book (Spare parts, New cooler & Refurbished Cooler) and W/H (Company & Vendor). Training and development. Analysis of faulty spare parts in a cooler. Spare parts purchase & management from local market. Support to sales team for lead the market. Market visit for new deployed cooler & service cooler.

To give customer service support.Operate working team and service center. Maintain service stock book and store room.Preparing daily, weekly & monthly service, installation, failure analysis & spare parts report as per management requirement and represent office meeting.Site visit and load calculation for new air-conditioner installation.Deal with corporate customer for Ac installation and maintenance.Maintaining daily Ac Installation and visit after installed Ac.Helping to build good customer relations. Recruiting staff and doing appraisals.Arranging staff meetings.Training and development.Handling complaints and queries (from customers and staff).Sorting security issues.Maintain Financial responsibilities of advance, conveyance, overtime & salaries of Technicians. Making third party and their bill management as per company policy. Arranging promotional events.
