Ensured that the Personal Management Information Systems always remains up-to-date. This database contains information on over 500+ employees and 5000+ workers within the entire organization.4. Conducting KPI-based performance management for approximately 200 employees of the corporate office.5. Successfully conducting training sessions to assist new or challenging employees improve their skills and performance for consecutive 03 years. 6. Being involved in the development and execution of 30+ strategic plans and operational procedures to achieve the department's goals, including establishing policies, developing standard operating procedure and organizational structures for new facilities.
