• Communicating and working with the Delivery teams on progress against revenue goals, identified risks and mitigation plan, process or quality opportunities or issues, staff opportunities or issues, and resource optimization and availability;• Identifying project related risks, and managing these through a regularly maintained (monthly) Risk Register for client projects.• Create a results driven / customer focused / solutions oriented environment which holds every team member accountable for delivering individual and organizational results.• Managing a team of highly-technical, highly-capable Technical Architects and Developers from both the project and career perspectives; recognizing and developing talents; identifying and filling skills gaps; own and driving career plans to help develop a dynamic and responsive team to assist customers in driving value from their IT investments.• Work with counterparts in Sales, Customer Experience, Engineering, and Operations to build an organization capable of delivering a superior customer experience throughout the ordering, implementation & billing of services.• Actively measure, understand and analyse all customer experience metrics. Implement plans and initiatives within the organization and partner organization to drive improved results.• Work with the leadership team to develop and implement the Network and Customer Services’ business plan and contribute to the development of its strategic initiatives.• Develop, implement, monitor, and achieve the Service Delivery Strategy and accompanying performance standards, tools, policies and procedures.• Actively monitor customer interactions to ensure that they meet the highest levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
