After a mind blowing learning in channel sales for 3 years again back to my old stream Dealer Development as a Deputy Manager for the West Region (Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat, MP & CG).

I'm working here as Sr. Market Rep. Manager for west region ( 5 states). My job is here in my company to appoint dealer network and business partners who will be responsible for our vehicle sales, service and to enhance customer satisfaction toward our brand, set up full flagged dealership facility for Vehicles sales, service and new Vehicle stocking for our products and also to monitor new dealer performance for 1 year from his appointment.

I worked with this company a Territory Service Manger and was responsible for taking care of after sales service business for my set of dealer network a crosses Saurashtra and Kutch area at Gujrat.

This was the most memorable and challenging job tenure of my life. I joined in this company just after finished my engineering ( B-tech) in Automobile Engineering as a GET( graduate engineer trainee) then after a year I was promoted at Service Engineer ( Field and Technical).I used take care of diagnosis for HCV failure and to get it on road at the earliest.i was expertise in diagnosis of electrical and electronic malfunctions and failures.To increase the vehicle sales in my region by delivering and giving excellent customer satisfaction by after sales service.
