We aredoing structural coating and Passive Fire Protection in different field of industries.My current position in this company as Site Supervisor & QC Inspector.I am an ADNOC OFFSHORE approved Painting / Fire Proofing Supervisor. Currently I am deputed in Zirku Island, oneof the ADNOC OFFSHORE facilities, for the project Zirku Facilities Capacity Enhancement ‐Train 05. Ourprimary client is CCC. I take care on site fire proofing activities starting from Tie coat to Top coat includingrepairing and finishing for protection from Hydro Carbon Pool Fire.Responsibilities in Work Shop: My responsibilities are managing the all over site work, like arranging manpower and materialrequirement for the particular job. Taking care about the current inventories of the paint and other consumable items related toblasting, painting and PFP activities. Day to day monitoring the activities and allocating the job to the working crew. Arranging the paint for materials and monitoring paint consumption. Monitoring the job from all aspects like inventory, production, quality, safety etc. Established coating application standard such as primer, mid‐coat, PFP, PFP coat, curing and repair. Conduct tool box talk on daily basis prior to start the job and ensure the housekeeping of the workarea before leaving for the day. Preparing the daily progress report (DPR) to report works manager.Along with the above responsibilities, I take care of QC verification, monitoring and reports. Checking the materials before and after blasting, doing salt test, blasting profile measurement, dusttest. Marking the materials as per drawing. Monitoring WFT during application and DFT after application for each stage of coat. Monitoring weather conditions at daily basis. Make the inspection reports and handle the clients during inspection.

If required additional manpowerrequirement to initiate to concerned department manager. Identify the special challenges from HSE point of view, like odd size or big size structural member tohandle during blasting and painting activities. Motivate the on‐field team members time to time for continual improvement of production ratefor achieving the new production challenges. Train and refresh the team members on HSE aspects in and outside of the job. Allocating the responsibilities to the executing team members. Monitoring the job from all aspects like‐inventory, production, quality, safety etc. Establish coating application standards such as primer, paint, clear coat, curing and repair. Liaison with QC department for the inspection and dispatch department as per delivery schedule. Plan the maintenance of the workshop, tools and equipment. Monitor daily housekeeping of the workshop and material staging area. Submit the reports to the department manager.

Tecton is an U.A.E. based construction company, working in all the countries in Middle East region as EPC contractor. Core business is in the field of civil but engaged in different multi‐discipline projects in ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, PDO, KNOC etc. I started my construction carrier in this Organization. I was responsible for couple of activities at the beginning of my assignment. Those are   I was assigned for my first responsibility as Permit to Work system coordinator.   My second responsibility was to assist Planning Engineer for different types of plot plan drawings time to time as per requirement to site construction activities.  After completing my probation period of 3 months, I was assigned to take care about the painting activity at site as Painting Supervisor.   My responsibility was to perform as per assigned activities. Finally, I have worked as a Painting Supervisor. My day to day activities were –  Prepare the MTO for painting materials.  Take care about the current inventory of the paint and other consumable items related to blasting and painting activities.  Day to day monitoring the activities and allocate the next job to the working crew.  Intimate the internal QC department upon completion of the job step by step.  Thoroughly looking after the implementation and monitoring of HSE aspects in the job at site.  Conduct the Tool Box Talk on daily basis prior to start the job and ensure the housekeeping of the working area before leaving for the day.  Preparing the Daily Progress Report (DPR) to report to concerned Manager. At one point of time, due to unavailability of trained gas tester, Company nominated me in that post for couple of weeks. To carry out that responsibility, I had attended the training of an OPITO Gas Tester in an ADNOC approved technical training center ETSDC, Musaffah, Abu Dhabi.
