Throughout, I led 2 operating community malls of 36,000 SQM and 11500 SQM, long-term real estate lease for 2 hypermarkets and 1 warehouse; successfully exited from 1 mall, warehouse and hypermarket and gave shareholder committed Return on Investment. Created a Cinema brand for Group, WOW Cinemas (6 screens), which opened in Dec'2021, and built a drive-in cinema concept WOW SKY (opening in Jan 2023). Mix-used development consists of Retail, Office, Service Apartment and Residential (Design Stage). Signed different operators for 2 hotel projects of 140 and 127 key and in-final stage of awarding the construction contract.
