Avik has been constantly passionate about learning and exploring new ideas. His first exploration was in the world of science and technology whereby he pursued studies in Biotechnology. The fascinating world of genes and DNA made him a logical thinker and the urge of research and digging deeper enhanced his soul to believe that "when there is a will there is a way!"Post Bio he had a dramatic shift of career and joined one of the largest firms of the world Ernst & Young. The reason for joining was to learn the work formats of a true multinational. E&Y tenure was again a game changer and after working in advanced solutions with cutting edge technology and learning the true spirit from one of the Big4, it was finally time to head back home to Kolkata.In the meantime a family run business founded by his Dad was expanding exponentially. It was the right time for Avik to step in, and since then for almost 10 years he has been holding the fort firmly with modern styles of management. With the team he has been actively setting up and administering many successfully projects like the Film City, Hotels and Resorts, Media and Entertainment house. The overall journey so far had many turns and twists but that made him a strong man with grit and zeal to explore more.Currently he is acting as an independent consultant helping business houses and entrepreneurs achieve their dreams come true and churn out the best solutions for their business verticals.
