Scale the engineering team from 15 to 70 while evolving org structure and SDLC to ensure business alignment.2. Rebuild product architecture for scale as a multi tenant saas platform (supporting >500M events per day).3. Raise enterprise readiness maturity across multiple segments (security & compliance, high availability and ci\cd practices).4. Build strong leadership to support hyper growth both technically and interpersonally.

Israel

1. Build and lead global teams (50 engineers), provide technical guidance, career development, and empowerment of leadership staff.2. End to end responsibility for Gett mobile apps development both for drivers and passengers (server, mobile, web, qa, automation, architects).3. Relevant technologies - microservices architecture (we’re breaking our monolith), AWS, iOS, web, Android, CI/CD, etc.4. Member of R&D senior leadership. Define and enable strategy, quarterly goals and KPIs tracking using industry best practices (OKRs, SMART, Agile).

Responsible for “Gett-Together” product development which allows ridesharing solutions for commuters in NYC, London and Tel Aviv.Launch MVP in 3 months, establish the new group as “startup within startup” mode from market research POC till full delivery. Implement “deliver, measure and fail fast” practice in day to day work.

Israel

Lead team of ~20 engineers (server, mobile, web, qa, automation, architects, pmo, product). Relevant technologies - react, angular, php, nodejs, mongodb, Ruby on Rails, and more.
