Worked across multiple functions including:1) Engineering: Developed a fate estimation model for Albendazole in tablet manufacturing in order to develop a treatment plant in line with Environmental Hazard Assessment Concentration (EHAC). 2) Operations: Analyzed and improved the utilization of vessels for batch manufacturing process of Ointments through portfolio redistribution and increased the theoretical capacity by 27%.Additionally, carried out Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) analysis for tablet packaging line.3) Project Management: Acted as a liaison between the project manager and the site management to track the progress of capacity expansion project for Horlicks, a malted milk hot drink.

Responsible for two projects: 1) Feasibility study of air re-circulation system for hard panning process in candy manufacturing. Studied the process requirements, developed a system with vendors and carried out commercial feasibility analysis leading to savings of ~$5000/year.2) Developed algorithm for optimal drying room design as a baseline for critiquing and improving current drying room for drying candies after soft panning.
