In my current role as the Senior Qualitative Research Specialist, I am responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects by ensuring that project goals, timelines, and budgets are met. My role includes collaborating with stakeholders to determine project requirements, creating and maintaining project documentation, communicating progress to management & stakeholders, and managing the day-to-day project activities. Accurately & timely feasibility assessments of internal assets. Manage fieldwork for EMEA & consult fieldwork for Tech projects in the US. Collaborating with Quality Review, Project Managers, and Compliance Teams to ensure that only authentic, accurately targeted, and quality sample is collected for all projects. Ability to speak to who the best 3rd party panel partners are for specific regions, industries, and Business Units. Collaborate with stakeholders on project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed. Prepare presentations, and financial, and management reports. Create, manage, and distribute project communications artefacts like project charters, RACI, and schedules. Develop and maintain standard project documentation and proactive work action items. Develop comprehensive and detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. Prepare presentations and communicate projects deliverable to senior leadership. Build weekly/monthly reports, track & communicate performance data. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent project management skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects. Expertise in creating and delivering effective presentations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
