Supporting CRO regarding all aspects of Credit, Operational & Financial risk management (Strategic Liquidity,ALM, CAR) program.Responsible for the development, implementation and application of risk metrics and methodologies and the monitoring, analysis and reporting of trends and exposure.Organising Managment Level Risk Management Committee meeting, following up on action taken by Risk and concerned departments. Ensuring actions and compliances done within stipulated time. Updating the status to the MD & C-suite executives. (EACRO is secretary to the MLRC).Responsible to work on Board Level Risk Committee action plan and updating the same to the MD & CRO.Conducting exploratory analysis and survey on client behaviour, demography, demand etc. and coming up with new product / services and control recommendations.
