My prior expertise served as an useful lens through which to align and integrate the many complex elements of business that work together to drive results. I learned to clearly see what those who are too close to a business could not see, and therefore could not improve upon - the gap between the intent of the leaders and the results they were able to harvest. In other words, the Execution Gap that holds them back.My goal is to close that Gap. I will never know your business the way you do, but I know Execution.
