Here, I held several responsible roles which required practical knowledge of wireless code and designs, as well as serial communication protocols. I obtained significant training in project delegation, onboarding, and building circuits while working with IEEE. I also had the opportunity to research numerous serial communication protocols for communicating between microcontrollers and other devices, which is relevant for current technology. Ultimately, I was a part of the IoT Door Signs Project in the Flow and Control Coordinated Robotics Lab.My key contributions include:►Effectively implemented code for communicating wirelessly between TI CC1310s using sub-1GHz technology, which allowed for remote update of the paper display via image data packets sent from server-side TI CC1310.► Successfully established communication between Texas Instruments CC1310 microcontrollers to update an Electronic Paper Display (EPD) via UART, which ultimately buffered image data packets and transferred to MSP432 for display update via UART.► Skillfully designed a wireless ultra-low power electronic paper display circuit, which also had the groundbreaking feature of being updated remotely via an app or web application.► Fully equipped Project Leads with the skills and knowledge necessary to make operative contributions to the organization, through delegation of tasks and effective onboarding sessions.► Provided essential support to the Projects Manager to coordinate a successful Micromouse 2017 event, which consisted of 20 teams and over 100 guests.► Deployed a team to build a line-following 1/10 scale car from scratch and effectively managed a budget of $500.► Designed and built motor driver circuit, main power circuit, bluetooth circuit, camera circuit, 3D-printed a line-scan camera mount, and integrated Arduino.
