I do press release, features, copywriting, website content write-ups, and speeches for individuals, companies, small businesses, non-governmental organizations, politicians, and governmental agencies for media use.I assist in providing articles on various topics namely environment, politics, travel, culture, entertainment, and lifestyle. Among the agencies/companies I have engaged with are MASwings, Tan Chong Industrial Equipment, and Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia. I am continuously engaging with small businesses and individuals.

Tasked with overseeing the association's budget, financial planning and cash management. I handled receipts, banking, and prepared financial reports. My role includes improving and strengthening the association's finance administration, where I put in place a proper and effective filing system for easy reference.

Covering daily launching and press conference assignments, interviewing people from all walks of life for human interest stories, and providing exclusive articles on various topics such as current affair, travel, environment, and politics.I also translate Malay language news to English.

Tasked with monitoring a newly established Hello Urang Sabah Facebook page - one of the company's social media brands. As team player, I helped in identifying content that could garner more viewers and followers. Among the jobs performed were monitoring, creating and uploading content.

Worked at Harian Ekspres - a sister company of the English daily. Tasked with editing news articles of 'outstation' (out of town) journalists and processing statements / press releases. Most times, I did a lot of translation from English to Bahasa Malaysia.The job also required me to be critical in selecting only newsworthy articles for publication on the next day morning paper. Hence, I was also responsible in the placing of news materials on page. Meaning, I decided what stories made the headlines and what stories go to which column, which section.
