Observe performance and use, offer in-person, virtual and classroom training.● Working with Executive Management within dealerships to create profitable business strategies and solutions for dealerships and their rental car departments. Includes: Sales, goal setting, fleet planning, marketing creation, training strategy, among other areas.● Create and deliver sales training cultivated for each dealership based on their goals, demographics, and other data.● Create Virtual Training videos and courses to help clients meet their sales needs and grow skills when I am not on site. By developing tools and training, the program has been used by over 1,000 clients across the country.● Implement software on-site and ensure that all employees receive training and understand how to use programs to benefit services. Maintain hardware and software are configured properly.● Create, plan and facilitate projects at the dealership level from beginning to end. Examples include; Training Courses, Market and Institutional Research, or Process creation and implementation.● Provide coaching to departments and front-line employees and sales and service skills and strategies.
