As a backend engineer, I work on several products using the following technologies- Python 3 + FastAPI- AWS- OpenAI API (ChatGPT)- OpenAPI- SQL and NoSQL

My keys responsibilities are:- Review, design, develop and test software as a member of the Product team. Provide L3 assistance to our Support team. Stack: Python3, UnitTest, Django, React, JS, HTML, Git.- Account for the team progress towards the sprint goal (Scrum team) and keep track on the work priorities (Kanban/Support team). Organize with members of both teams how to assist on any event that might affect their regular workflow.- Together with the Technical Lead and Product Owner, remove any impediments my colleagues might find when developing their tasks.- Organize and lead the Scrum ceremonies (Refinement, Planning, Demo, Retro).- Analyze the team workflow and propose and implement improvements in order to increase productivity.- Participate in the design of technical solutions combining the perspective of developers, support, and customer needs.- Coach other teams members on agile practices. Assist them in any technical issue they might find in order to keep developers away from distractions.

As part of the product team, I participate in designing, implementing, and maintaining our product written in Django 3.2 and Python 3.7 for the backend and React, HTML+CSS+JS for the frontend, besides creating and updating documentation in Zendesk. One of the main challenges we faced as a team was migrating the product from Django 1.1 + Python 2.7 to the current version. We follow the SCRUM methodology adapted to the company's needs with the support of tools such as Asana.

I've been teaching University-level courses during the summer semester 2021/2022

My main role in the company is to integrate bank and third-party services (offered via APIs) into our system, and modify our client and backend properly. I am also involved in the testing and release processes. The technologies that I use in a daily basis, mainly, Python, Angular, and Typescript with the use of tools and technologies such as Selenium, git (Bitbucket), Google Cloud, Jira and Pycharm, among others.

My role in the company is to design and implement SW solutions according to technical specifications, keep the documentation updated, design and implement tests cases, and maintain the continuous integration ecosystem.Main technologies:- Python- UNIX- SQLite- Jenkins- Full Stack (HTML + JS + Flask)
